Does getting dressed every day stress you out? Do you feel like every morning it’s just a guessing game as to what you should wear? We're here to help make getting dressed easier. 
Book a private, one-on-one styling session with Winnie, the visionary behind all the looks you love at Winifred Grace. In your one-hour session, Winnie will help you identify what styles look best on you, what key pieces will work best for your lifestyle, and share trade secrets for how to really get your money’s worth out of your wardrobe. 

The fee for this event is $50 and will go towards any items you purchase at the time of your styling session.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases with us, but we get it. Sometimes things just aren't quite right. We're here to help by making an exchange quick and easy. 
We accept returns:
• within 14 days of the original purchase for most items (see details below). 
• for either exchange or receive a store credit. Store credit does not expire. 
• but no refunds

 We offer free return shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We do not refund original shipping cost.

JEWELRY

All the jewelry we carry is created by hand with care. Slight variations can be expected from time to time, but if you feel that the piece you've ordered isn't quite what you thought we accept returns:
• within 14 days of the original purchase
• for either exchange or receive a store credit. Store credit does not expire.
• with no returns or exchanges on custom or altered pieces
• with no refunds

APPAREL + HOME

Eligible apparel/home items (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached) must be postmarked (or returned in store) within 14 days of original purchase date, for exchange or store credit.

All beauty/apothecary items, including fragrances, oils, soaps and candles, are final sale. 

VINTAGE

Vintage and custom items are Final Sale.

A while ago I actually purchased a permanent bracelet here but recently will be starting a new job where I cannot wear it. I called the day of and Nicolas was able to accommodate me as a walk-in ! I was kinda set on turning my bracelet into an anklet because I absolutely loved it so much, but he recommended I put a clasp on it! Which I personally didn’t even think was an option! He took great attention to detail when re-welding my jewelry and made sure it was absolutely perfect before I left the chair! I definitely will be back to get a permanent anklet!

Absolutely quality service here! I recently came to Winifred Grace with my boyfriend to receive permanent bracelets for our 1 year anniversary. Unfortunately, my bracelet fell off and I was heartbroken since it was such a special gift.
