DESCRIPTION

Our headbands are the perfect accessory to elevate your everyday style & let your confidence shine! Headband is gently stretchable, lightweight and comfortable making it one size suitable for ages 4 to adult. Headband made with a beautiful Liberty of London cotton fabric printed at Liberty’s own Italian mill, near Lake Como, Italy. Fabric is knotted around a high quality hard plastic 1 inch headband with a soft suede-like anti-slip lining on the inside. Each headband will look slightly different depending on the cut of the fabric and underneath headband color will be white.  All products are crafted by hand with love in Chicago, IL and guaranteed 100%. All of these special touches are what make our hair accessories ones you will want to reach for time and time again!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases with us, but we get it. Sometimes things just aren't quite right. We're here to help by making an exchange quick and easy. 
We accept returns:
• within 14 days of the original purchase for most items (see details below). 
• for either exchange or receive a store credit. Store credit does not expire. 
• but no refunds

 We offer free return shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We do not refund original shipping cost.

JEWELRY

All the jewelry we carry is created by hand with care. Slight variations can be expected from time to time, but if you feel that the piece you've ordered isn't quite what you thought we accept returns:
• within 14 days of the original purchase
• for either exchange or receive a store credit. Store credit does not expire.
• with no returns or exchanges on custom or altered pieces
• with no refunds

APPAREL + HOME

Eligible apparel/home items (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached) must be postmarked (or returned in store) within 14 days of original purchase date, for exchange or store credit.

All beauty/apothecary items, including fragrances, oils, soaps and candles, are final sale. 

VINTAGE

Vintage and custom items are Final Sale.

A while ago I actually purchased a permanent bracelet here but recently will be starting a new job where I cannot wear it. I called the day of and Nicolas was able to accommodate me as a walk-in ! I was kinda set on turning my bracelet into an anklet because I absolutely loved it so much, but he recommended I put a clasp on it! Which I personally didn’t even think was an option! He took great attention to detail when re-welding my jewelry and made sure it was absolutely perfect before I left the chair! I definitely will be back to get a permanent anklet!
