WEAR + CARE

Gold vermeil ('ver-may') is a heavy, long-lasting layer of 14k gold over sterling silver. Vermeil is a great choice if you have sensitivities to base metals. With proper care, gold vermeil pieces will last a long time. Avoid wearing gold vermeil & gold fill pieces in the shower or pool. Remove jewelry when applying lotions, perfumes, hand-sanitizer or using cleaning products.

• for either exchange or receive a store credit. Store credit does not expire.

 We offer free return shipping. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. We do not refund original shipping cost.

All the jewelry we carry is created by hand with care. Slight variations can be expected from time to time, but if you feel that the piece you've ordered isn't quite what you thought we accept returns:

APPAREL + HOME

Eligible apparel/home items (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached) must be postmarked (or returned in store) within 14 days of original purchase date, for exchange or store credit.

All beauty/apothecary items, including fragrances, oils, soaps and candles, are final sale.

A while ago I actually purchased a permanent bracelet here but recently will be starting a new job where I cannot wear it. I called the day of and Nicolas was able to accommodate me as a walk-in ! I was kinda set on turning my bracelet into an anklet because I absolutely loved it so much, but he recommended I put a clasp on it! Which I personally didn’t even think was an option! He took great attention to detail when re-welding my jewelry and made sure it was absolutely perfect before I left the chair! I definitely will be back to get a permanent anklet!
