We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases with us, but we get it. Sometimes things just aren't quite right. We're here to help by making an exchange quick and easy. All the jewelry we carry is created by hand with care. Slight variations can be expected from time to time, but if you feel that the piece you've ordered isn't quite what you thought, we accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase. You may exchange or receive a store credit to use at a later time. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or altered pieces.

APPAREL + HOME

All beauty/apothecary items, including fragrances, oils, soaps and candles, are final sale. Eligible apparel/home items (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with original tags attached) must be postmarked (or returned in store) within 14 days of original purchase date, for exchange or store credit only.

VINTAGE

Vintage and custom items are final sale. Each item will vary and may differ slightly than the photo or description. Vintage rugs are final sale. If you do not choose to add insurance and signature delivery on your shipment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.

All sale or marked down items are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment via your confirmation email.
If you would like to request a specific initial charm or any add-ons, please let us know at least 7 days ahead of time so we can special order, if possible.
If your bracelet breaks or stretches we can repair it! We take walk-ins during our regular store hours. Just email us at info@winifredgrace.com
If at any point you have to remove your jewelry for any reason, it can be clipped off with scissors or clippers. And don't worry, we can always weld it back on!
If you have a permanent bracelet, necklace or anklet from a different store that needs repair, we can fix it for you for a $15 fee. Just email us at info@winifredgrace.com
We use a high-quality arc welding machine to weld the jump rings closed. Unlike soldering, there is no flame, just a tiny spark at the point of contact. As a precautionary measure, we place a piece of leather between your skin and the jewelry.
This procedure is safe for 8 and up.

Shopping local is just easier and more fun when it's at this shop. I just went by today to look for a top and left with... new winter gloves, 2 outfits and 2 accessory birthday gifts for family. Karen was working and couldn't have been MORE HELPFUL and more patient as I tried on all of my options! It was such a pleasant experience and once again, proved to be my favorite little Chicago shopping spot.

Twice in a row, I have gone all over town looking for a special but not too expensive wedding guest dress. Both times I have immediately found what I was looking for here! In the future I will spare myself the trouble and just come here first. Beautiful store with a good mix of casual and more special clothing. I also like the selection of accessories.

A while ago I actually purchased a permanent bracelet here but recently will be starting a new job where I cannot wear it. I called the day of and Nicolas was able to accommodate me as a walk-in ! I was kinda set on turning my bracelet into an anklet because I absolutely loved it so much, but he recommended I put a clasp on it! Which I personally didn’t even think was an option! He took great attention to detail when re-welding my jewelry and made sure it was absolutely perfect before I left the chair! I definitely will be back to get a permanent anklet!

Absolutely quality service here! I recently came to Winifred Grace with my boyfriend to receive permanent bracelets for our 1 year anniversary. Unfortunately, my bracelet fell off and I was heartbroken since it was such a special gift.

Luckily, I spoke to Nicholas and was extremely helpful and kind about the situation. I was able to come back and receive help right away. Stellar service and amazing staff. I would absolutely recommend Winifred Grace to anyone who is looking for a special gift accompanied with a kind staff!! :)
