Saint Clare is an Italian saint, and was one of the first follows of Saint Francis of Assisi. She is the patron saint of
eye disease, goldsmiths, laundry, and television. Found from a Parisian street fair, this vintage pendant depicts Saint Clare holding monstrance or pyx, to commemorate the time she warded off the soldiers at the gates of her convent with the Blessed Sacrament.
