Your satisfaction is very important. All jewelry is created with care by hand. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns postmarked within 10 days of receiving the shipment for credit or exchange only, less shipping costs.

For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
Gift cards, custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE and not returnable.
