All the jewelry we carry is created by hand with care. Slight variations can be expected from time to time, but if you feel that the piece you've ordered isn't quite what you thought, we accept exchanges within 10 days of the original purchase. You may exchange or receive a store credit to use at a later time. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or altered pieces.
APPAREL + HOME
All beauty/apothecary items, including fragrances, oils, soaps and candles, are final sale. All apparel, footwear and home goods may be eligible for exchange if returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached. Please e-mail email@example.com to obtain return acceptance. Eligible items must be postmarked within 10 days of original purchase date. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchange or store credit is processed.
Vintage and handmade items are final sale. Each item will vary and may differ slightly than the photo or description. Vintage rugs are final sale. If you do not choose to add insurance and signature delivery on your shipment, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.
