Store Policy


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases with us, but we get it. Sometimes things just aren't quite right. We're here to help by making an exchange quick and easy.

All the jewelry we carry is created by hand with care. Slight variations can be expected from time to time, but if you feel that the piece you've ordered isn't quite what you thought, we accept exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase. You may exchange or receive a store credit to use at a later time. We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or altered pieces.

Please e-mail for return acceptance. Eligible items (unwashed, unworn, unaltered and with original tags attached) must be postmarked (or returned in store) within 14 days of original purchase date, for exchange or store credit only, less shipping costs. We will send you a confirmation email when your exchange or store credit is processed. We do not accept returns/exchanges after the 14 days window. We are unable to accept returns for items bought at any of our retailers. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Gift cards, custom pieces and sale items are FINAL SALE.

Vintage and handmade items are Final Sale. Each item will vary and may differ slightly than the photo or description.  Vintage rugs are final sale. We ship all rugs via Fedex. If you do not choose to add a declared value*, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. 

*Declared Value is not the same as insurance.

All sale or marked down items are Final Sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.


If we are notified more than 24 hrs. before your appointment time, the booking can be rescheduled, or a store credit can be issued.

•If an appointment is missed or cancelled less than 24 hrs. before your booked time, the booking fee is non-refundable.

• If you are exposed to, or test positive for, COVID-19 please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment. Any appointments needing to be canceled due to COVID-19 are rescheduled.

• If you would like a different metal than we offer or would like to request a specific initial charm or any add-ons, please let us know at least 7 days ahead of time so we can special order, if possible.

• If your bracelet breaks, or stretches we can repair it! Just email us at

• If at any point you have to remove your jewelry for any reason, it can be clipped off with scissors or clippers. And don't worry, we can always weld it back on!

• If you have a permanent bracelet, necklace or anklet from a different store that needs repair, we can fix it for you. Just email us at 

• We use a high-quality arc welding machine to weld the jump rings closed. Unlike soldering, there is no flame, just a tiny spark at the point of contact. As a precautionary measure, we place a piece of leather between your skin and the jewelry.
