Payments
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and all transactions are run securely through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping and handling).
Orders
All Winifred Grace jewelry is hand-made to order. Your order will be filled as quickly as possible. Most orders can be delivered within 2 weeks or less. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays. Email us if you have a special need or request. We will do our best to meet your deadline.
Custom Orders
We will accomodate custom changes to our designs whenever possible. Email your request to info@winifredgrace.com Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx 3-Day. If you would like to arrange for an alternate shipping method please email us.
Returns
Your satisfaction is very important. All jewelry is created with care by hand. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please follow the following instructions. Any purchases made online must be returned directly to Winifred Grace and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for credit only, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days.
Return Shipping
To return merchandise please send all items to Winifred Grace 1422 West Willow Street, suite 202, Chicago, IL 60642. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
